Notice to All American State Nationals
The Washington Assembly Elections
April 12th, 2026
This notice is to inform all publicly declared Americans on Washington of our upcoming elections being held April 12th, 2026; said elections will occur at the Quincy Public Library located at 208 Central Avenue S Quincy, WA 98848 from 1:30-4:00pm. Elections will end at 4:00 pm sharp! If you arrive at the library room at 4:00pm you will not receive a ballot.
There is also an opportunity to participate in the election through an Online option for those who are unable to be present. For complete anonymity, you will need to choose to be physically present at the library.
Physical Election option:
When voting at the Library, your Credential card will serve as your “Identification” and/or your Land Recording Office paperwork. After verification confirming your paperwork is in proper order, you will receive a two-part “raffle ticket” to take to the next station.
At that station you will drop one of the tickets into a collection container and then receive a paper ballot.
On the ballot, you will then record your “raffle ticket’ number as well as your selections for each position/office, retaining the second half of the “raffle ticket” for your records as proof of voting.
Once complete, your ballot will then be deposited into the collection box, and you will be asked to vacate to the witness area. You are welcome to stay and observe the election if you wish.
Alternative: Online Election option;

After verification, your verbal selections for each position/office on the ballot will be annotated by a Recording Secretary and one other witness.
Once your election choices have been annotated, you will be asked three times if your choices are correct. Hearing no corrections need to be made, the ballot will then be duly recorded, ensuring the election protocol has been followed per the Election Manual.
